My experience was that of knowledge, courtesy, information, professionalism and humanity! Today, these elite characteristics have been replaced/reduced by A.I. Causing the lack of, and absence of neighborly compassion—Jeff, the proprietor, spent 30 minutes listening and offering knowledge to me. He does not know me. Has never laid eyes on me. And, my car cannot be repaired by him… He assessed my varied issues and outstanding mechanical dilemma.
